What is Tasty Paella?
Tasty Paella is a Spanish paella catering and events company based in Richardson, Texas, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 2017. Founded by Adán and Yasmin Ventura, it cooks traditional Valencian paella with Bomba rice, real saffron and homemade broth. The team cooks live at weddings, corporate events and private parties, delivers paella catering for offices and gatherings, and hosts the In-House Paella Experience at its Richardson location.
In 2022 Tasty Paella won Best International Paella in the World in Spain. Every event is cooked by our own team, with our own pans, burners and equipment.

Adán and Yasmin Ventura brought the paella tradition of Valencia, Spain, to Texas. Today it is a growing business with international recognition, built on the same belief behind every service: great food brings back memories and creates new ones.

Do you cook the paella live at events?
Yes. With on-site paella catering, a Tasty Paella chef cooks giant paellas live at your wedding, corporate event or private party in Dallas–Fort Worth, with full setup included. For smaller groups we also offer paella delivery & pickup.
How do I book and how fast do I get a quote?
Contact us by phone at (469) 614-9868, WhatsApp or the online form with your guest count, location, date and preferred menu. You receive a personalized quote within 24 hours.
What areas do you serve?
Tasty Paella serves the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving and Fort Worth. We are based in Richardson, Texas. For events in the Houston area, visit Tasty Paella Houston.
Is your paella authentic Spanish paella?
Yes. We cook traditional recipes from Valencia with Bomba rice, saffron and homemade broth in wide, shallow paella pans. Our Valencian paella follows the classic recipe with chicken, rabbit and vegetables. In 2022 Tasty Paella won Best International Paella in the World in Spain.
Do you have vegetarian paella?
Yes. Our vegan paella is made with mushrooms, bell peppers, green beans, butter beans and vegetable broth, and it can be served alongside seafood or mixed paella so every guest has an option. Let us know about allergies or dietary needs when you book.
Do you offer paella cooking classes in Dallas?
Yes. The In-House Paella Experience is a three-hour evening at our Richardson location, in the Dallas area, where you watch how paella is made, learn about its ingredients and techniques, and share it at the table. There are public dates on Fridays and private dates for groups.
